This wine was made by Erica Stancliff who honed her winemaking skills at Paul Hobbs.

Fresh and breezy, with aromas of Granny Smith apple, Asian pear, lemon curd, lemongrass, pineapple, apricot and white peach.

Bright and fresh on the palate, bursting with flavors of Meyer lemon, lemon curd, green apple, Asian pear, white peach, dried apricot, vanilla, flint and a hint of pencil shavings.

This wine is great on opening, but let it breathe and warm up even just a little and it sings.
