2011 "@" Cabernet Sauvignon
California: Sonoma County
The best gets better
Our best-selling wine of all time, the @Cabernet from our deer friends at Deerfield Ranch Winery, has a stunning new vintage update! Today’s Deerfield 2011 Sonoma County @Cabernet Sauvignon is a delicious, budget-friendly wine that drinks like a wine of $40 or more - that’s all yours for more than 20% off.
This wine is abundant on the nose, with black cherry, spiced blackberry jam, raspberry, blueberry, red plum, sweet spice, braised mission fig, milk chocolate and a hint of toasty oak.
On the palate, you’ll enjoy a plethora of mixed dark fruit, earth and spice meld together to create a very balanced flavor experience. Blackberry, black cherry, and plum are followed by cedar, toasty oak, spice box, cassis, tart strawberry, dried fall leaves and a hint of black pepper.
If you missed out on the sensation that was the 2010 vintage of this wine, don’t you worry… Today’s 2011 is even better!
Ruby red, through and through. Tall legs start high on the glass wall, moving slowly at first - then streaking downward to the wine below.

Very long, with red fruits giving way to savory flavors that hang on to the edges of the palate for quite a long time after the fruits fade.
This budget-price beauty would be equally at home with a finer cut of beef as it would with a delicious backyard burger with all the trimmings.
