Today’s Viluko Vineyards 2011 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine that we absolutely adore. We’re offering it to you at a hard to resist price, in the hope that you’ll stock up.

This wine is drinking beautifully now and it will only continue to improve over the next few years.

Very highly recommended!

On the nose, this wine is bold and deeply aromatic, with black cherry, blackberry, plum, cassis, tobacco, leather, spice and black pepper.

Rich, fruity and delicious on the palate, with flavors of blackberry jam, black cherry, smoky cherry, cassis, cherry tobacco, cigar box, toasty oak, chocolate and a hint of graphite.

Drink now, but hold onto to a few bottles for the next decade or longer… if you can hold out that long. This wine is a real delight!

What the wine press has to say:

Jon Rimmerman, Le Garagiste - “The 2011 Viluko Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma County is a truthful bottle of Cabernet purity. A new light of hope with its moment right here, right now.

This 100% organic Cabernet Sauvignon tastes like the mountain soil it is grown in - the fruit is real - it is vibrant - it is rich and satisfying but never cloying or for fashion. It is a classic bolt of authenticity that (I believe) most of you desire more often than not.”

Remember, we offer FREE Temperature-Controlled shipping during the hot summer months. Add optional ice packs if your local area is hot, and your wine will arrive in great condition!

Extra long and very plush, with black fruit flavors that carry earth and spice flavors out to the very end.
