Mission Codename The Great(est) White
Today we are thrilled to bring you the perfect for summer Grgich Hills Estate 2013 Napa Valley Estate Grown Chardonnay. This elegant, delicious wine is super soft on entry and then very flavorful and quite dynamic all the way through to the extended finish.
Very VERY highly recommended!
Aromas of springtime leap from the glass to greet you on the nose. Fresh pineapple, white peach, Asian pear, subtle sweet spice, light mineral, and sweet oak.
On the palate, bright fruits lead the charge, starting with Meyer lemon, pineapple, young white peach, and lime. These are followed by sweet oak, subtle white spice, dried hay, orange blossom and flinty minerals.
By now you’ve certainly tried one of our Grgich offerings, but if you haven’t, what’s stopping you?! Today’s wine is incredibly fresh and so very delicious that you and all that you serve it to will be blown away!

Here’s what the wine press has to say:
91 points - Connoisseurs Guide to California Wine - “Right from the first, this wonderfully vital youngster impresses with its sense of fruity precision and, while it hits every one of the right varietal marks, it does so in an especially composed and well-crafted way.
It is a wine of great fit and finish, and its lovely, lightly creamy oak is always in service to its juicy and very generous, fresh-apple fruit. It manages to be rich and yet light on its feet, and, if its impeccable balance guarantees a very long life, it is an expressive and beautifully polished Chardonnay that is hard to resist now.”
Remember, we offer FREE Temperature-Controlled shipping during the hot summer months. Add optional ice packs if your local area is hot, and your wine will arrive in great condition!
