When we were offered the opportunity to be the first and - so far - only wine merchant to sell today’s wine, we jumped at the chance. House of Cards wines have become some of our Operatives favorite wines. The winery’s signature red blend is a fantastic wine - at a fantastic price.

Today’s Chardonnay holds true to that same philosophy.

This wine is lively and aromatic on the nose, with Golden Delicious apple, Bosc pear, lemon, fennel frond, baking flour, subtle oak and a hint of white spice.

Creamy and delicious on the palate, with flavors of green apple skin, lime, orange blossom, slate mineral, subtle butterscotch, very subtle white spice.

Partake of this very food-friendly wine with a vast array of pairing options. Serve with cheese & fruit, charcuterie, roast fish, chicken or pork dishes.
