Bold aromas leap from the glass, making its way to your nose before you ever lift the glass to inhale aromas of black cherry, smoky cranberry, blueberry, tobacco, dried earth, toasty oak, chocolate covered cherry, grilled plum and mixed brown spice.
Flavors are bold and powerful, with black cherry juice, blackberry preserve, dried tobacco leaf, smoky cherry, grilled fig, tobacco leaf, bold oak, brown spice and slate minerals.
Today’s wine is very highly recommended. And limited… so we hope that you’ll reserve yours soon!
Dark garnet at its heart, with pretty purple edges. Tall, tightly-packed, wine-stained tears move swiftly down the glass wall after a hearty swirl.

Bold and powerful flavors are sustained by big tannins that lock flavors onto the palate. Dark fruit, spice and oak stick around for a very long time, particularly at the back of the palate.
A cowboy steak is a natural for this beauty. For a really elegant meal, enjoy this wine with a perfect Prim Rib au Jus. Add a dash of horseradish to complete the experience. Or, how about a grilled burger, with bacon, mushrooms and swiss cheese?!
