Today, we’re thrilled to feature the uber-delicious Mike & Molly Hendry Winery 2013 R.W. Moore Vineyard Napa Valley Zinfandel.

Yes, that name is a mouthful, but so too is the wine. This deeply fragrant, elegantly smooth wine is super delicious.

Super fragrant on the nose, with dark chocolate, cassis, plum, blackberry, caramel, mocha, soft spice, dried meat and black pepper.

Juicy and dark, with flavors of blackberry, black cherry juice, red currant, coffee bean, baker’s chocolate, bramble bush, spice box and black pepper.

The grapes for this wine come from the former Moore ‘Earthquake’ Vineyard. This special vineyard was under exclusive contract to Turley. Today, the grapes are divided between Hendry and the Biale Winery.
