Very aromatic and very lush on the nose, with beautiful blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, bramble bush, soft spice, subtle mocha and a hint of anise.
This perfectly aged wine is loaded with complex flavors of stewed blackberry & plum, black cherry, dark spice, dusty bramble, espresso bean, flinty mineral, cracked pepper and savory herbs.
Today’s incredible wine is proof that the Alexander Valley is producing wines that rival those from California’s king of wine regions, the Napa Valley.
