Mission Briefing
Last Hurrah
Today’s Deerfield Ranch 2011 Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is one of our most popular wines. Our operatives adore this wine, and with good reason… It rocks!
Today’s wine delivers serious thrills… and serious value.
Lush spice and dark mixed berries rush up to greet you on the nose. These are followed by cassis, cedar, hard leather, blueberry preserve, mocha and a hint of slate.
Rich, layered flavors coat the entire palate with blackberry preserve, raspberry, black cherry and red currant. These are followed by black licorice, dusty bramble, coffee bean, cocoa dust, dried fall leaves and a hint of fine cracked pepper.
Every wine that we sell is carefully vetted - remember, we only sell the wines that we love. We make it no secret… we’re in love with the wines of Deerfield… and we’re thrilled to bring you such a great deal on such a wonderful, elegant, delicious wine.
Cheers!
