Serious, bold and layered on the nose, with aromas of black cherry, blackberry preserve, grilled plum, tobacco leaf, spice box, dusty cocoa, cassis and cracked pepper.
Concentrated and darkly juicy on the palate, with blackberry juice, black cherry juice, grilled mission fig, cassis, black licorice, mixed dark spice, cigar box, graphite, darkly toasted oak, black pepper, graphite and a very subtle hint of copper penny.
