Mission Briefing
Where Pigs Fly
Back for their 9th year in a row, Peterson Winery is unleashing their flagship Cabernet, the dark, delicious Peterson Winery 2012 Bradford Mtn. Vineyard Cabernet. This wine is still young, which means that it will continue to age - and get even better. Enjoy this single vineyard Estate wine - before we run out…
Fragrances jump from the glass, with heady aromas of black cherry, cherry bark, dried mission fig, stewed black fruit, tomato leaf, green olive, mixed spice, and violet. Dark and rich on the palate, with mouth-coating flavors of stewed black cherry and blackberry, black plum, boysenberry, cassis, black licorice, dried fig, leather, spice box and a hint of white pepper.
Enjoy this food-friendly wine with a variety of pairings, both traditional and non. How about a grilled, spice-rubbed pork tenderloin, or a meaty lasagna? While you’re at it, invite us over for dinner!
