Mission Codename Lovin' it!
Would you like to know what the quintessential Russian River Valley Pinot Noir smells, tastes and feels like? Well, we’ve got one of the best RRV Pinots that we’ve come across. Today’s Bougetz Cellars 2014 Russian River Valley The Cairn Pinot Noir is a super aromatic, uber-delicious Pinot that we’re bonkers over!
Wow! on the nose, with gorgeous aromas of cherry cola, cranberry, Alpine strawberry, dried wild mushroom, summer forest, subtle pie spice, subtle dried orange peel and hints of flinty mineral and super subtle gunpowder. Racy and delicious on the palate, with flavors of Bing cherry, wild strawberry, cranberry, hibiscus tea, dried orange peel, black tea leaf, pomegranate, soft toasty oak and subtle mixed spice.
Bougetz is one of our favorite new finds and we look forward to showcasing more of their wines in the near future. Once you get this wonderful wine home, please write in to tell us how you liked it - or loved it!
