Señorío de Arínzano is a Vino de Pago from Spain. This is the highest category on the quality scale of Spanish wines and means that in addition to having a proven track record of consistent quality, the wines have to be both produced from estate-grown grapes and also have to be processed and aged in a winery located on the estate. This Vino de Pago is located in the municipality of Aberin, in the Foral Community of Navarra, Spain.

This wine is bright gold mixed with chartreuse and perfect clarity. The nose is very developed and complex with sun-ripened pear and apple, with sur-lees quality, apricot, and quince. On the palate there are layers of flavor to be unpacked - you’ll find crisp Golden Delicious apple, butterscotch, cashew, tangerine, and persimmon. The wine is wonderfully balanced with a voluptuous mouthfeel that is both round and rich while retaining a bright acidity that drives the fruit and the finish. This Chardonnay would be highly complementary with a Waldorf salad with apple, golden raisins, and tuna.
