Deep garnet-black in color, it opens with aromas of kirsch, Black Forest cake and blackcurrant cordial with tea and toast plus wafts of herbs and earth. The palate is medium to full-bodied, soft, plush and juicy with a peppery finish. Drink 2018-2035.”
