Mission Codename The fume of sighs
Happy Super Spy Sunday!
Are you ready for a very impressive, perfectly aged, lots-of-life-left-in-it wine from our friends at Romeo Vineyards? We’ve got their flagship wine, the rich, delicious and elegant Romeo Vineyards 2006 Sempre Vive “Eugenia” Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has an amazing depth of fruit and flavor!
So fragrant for an aged Cabernet, with inviting aromas of dark plum, black cherry tobacco leaf, grilled blackberry, smoked meat, cassis, graphite, leather, tutti-frutti, and a hint of black pepper. Dark, rich flavors prevail, with Black cherry, smoky blueberry, ripe blackberry, hard leather, rich dried herbs, grilled meat, dark spice, and black pepper.
This wine is Romeo Vineyards’ flagship wine, made from their most precious vines - that produce a scant quantity of incredible grapes. Romeo Vineyards produced their first vintage in 1997. Since that time, the already old Cabernet Sauvignon vines have matured, but so too has the winery’s winemaking skills.
Very highly recommended!
