This dense Cabernet barely lets light pass through it, but where it does, it illuminates a bright ruby red wine. The nose is extremely approachable with attractive aromas of dusty bramble, spicy deep sandalwood, candied violets, and hibiscus, and fresh made strawberry jam. On the palate, we find it beautifully balanced between barrel flavor of allspice and molasses and perfectly ripe fruit of wild strawberry, red plum, and fresh fig. Crafted by expert hands, this Napa Cab is silky smooth, coating the entire palate evenly with a lush and delicious, well-balanced experience that carries through to a long finish. A perfectly seasoned rotisserie chicken would be ideal with this perfectly balanced wine.

This fruit comes from their estate winery nestled in the hill in the acclaimed Napa Valley town of St. Helena. There they dug the cave, where the wines age in ideal conditions. They take immaculate care of their estate vineyard, which they farm both sustainably and organically and the results certainly show in the wine itself.
