This beautiful SB glints in the sun like white gold with its pale complexion. Perfect clarity. The bouquet greets your olfactory receptors with ample notes of all shades of lemon, including lemongrass, lemon verbena, and Meyer lemon, as well as guava and honey. Take a sip to find there’s more stonefruit on the palate with apricot, nectarine, and yellow plum. There’s some melon and apple there too. Bright and sunny acidity makes a splash across the palate and keeps its pep through to the finish. Perfect for a salade niçoise - transport yourself to the south of France!
