I’ve worked in specialty food, wine, beer, and spirits for close to two decades, so yeah, I care way too much about what’s on my plate and in my glass.

I’m fueled by good food, good people, random conversations with strangers, and a lot of laughter. My inner circle is strictly “don’t take yourself too seriously” energy.

Favorite vacation spot when I’m stressed? Denial. It’s affordable and I go often.

Favorite pick-me-up song: Everybody Wears Sunscreen.

“Let’s do this” music? Think skater punk with a little goth, tom boy roots, no regrets.

Also, I live with two calico cat sisters who run the house and make frequent guest appearances on Zoom. They’re very committed to being the center of attention.

Hobbies? Anything that lets me make something or capture something. I shoot landscapes, architecture, and whatever random thing catches my eye, and I paint when I need to get out of my own head.

Lately I’ve been eyeing welding, because apparently creating industrial lighting feels like the next step in my creative journey following MCM pre atomic industrial lighting.
